He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mysore, with his research focusing on the work-life balance of journalists in the media industry. His professional background includes roles as an Accountant, Document Officer, and Trainer in government organizations and NGOs.

He possesses strong management, team-building, multitasking, and organizational skills, along with expertise in educational leadership, teaching, training, mentoring, and counseling. Prof. Manasa P is a distinguished academic professional with over five years of expertise in Human Resource Management. A NET-qualified educator and a rank holder in her MBA from the University of Mysore, she also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. Her diverse academic background allows her to bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her teaching and research.

Prof. Manasa has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Mysore, where she has earned a reputation for her dedication to student development and her ability to make complex HR concepts accessible to students. Currently, she is pursuing part-time research, further deepening her expertise and contributing to the academic community. Her commitment to advancing knowledge in her field is reflected in her scholarly work, which has been published in reputed journals.
