He has made a substantial impact on curriculum development as a member of boards of studies for universities both in India and internationally. His expertise in integrating technology-focused subjects into academic curricula has positioned him as a key figure in shaping future-ready education. In addition to his administrative and academic responsibilities, he has spearheaded distance education and e-learning initiatives at premier institutes in Bangalore, demonstrating his commitment to accessible and innovative learning solutions.
A prolific author, he has contributed 29 textbooks in IT and Management, reflecting his deep understanding of these fields. His academic achievements are further highlighted by his presentations at major international conferences, including a notable paper on “Sustainable Development through Education” at Harvard University. His work at Harvard earned him a place at the Educator’s Forum, underscoring his global recognition.

An accomplished Associate Professor with over 13 years of experience in the education sector, he holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance, an M.Com, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and has qualified for the UGC-NET in Management.
He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mysore, with his research focusing on the work-life balance of journalists in the media industry. His professional background includes roles as an Accountant, Document Officer, and Trainer in government organizations and NGOs.
He possesses strong management, team-building, multitasking, and organizational skills, along with expertise in educational leadership, teaching, training, mentoring, and counseling. Self-driven and dedicated to team success, he is committed to continuously enhancing his knowledge and skills for both institutional progress and personal growth.
Prof. Manasa P
Prof. Manasa P is a distinguished academic professional with over five years of expertise in Human Resource Management. A NET-qualified educator and a rank holder in her MBA from the University of Mysore, she also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. Her diverse academic background allows her to bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her teaching and research.
Prof. Manasa has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Mysore, where she has earned a reputation for her dedication to student development and her ability to make complex HR concepts accessible to students. Currently, she is pursuing part-time research, further deepening her expertise and contributing to the academic community.
